2. Pricing Policy
   Prices of gold and silver jewellery are based on daily market rates. In case of any typing or printing error, the final decision of the store will be considered valid.

3. Billing & Taxes
   Applicable GST (as per gold/silver category) will be added to every purchase. Only the final printed bill will be considered valid.

4. Exchange Policy

   • Gold jewellery can be exchanged only with a valid bill as per company policy.

   • Broken, damaged or altered jewellery will be evaluated by the store before exchange.

   • Silver items can be exchanged strictly as per store terms.

5. Return/Refund Policy

   • Purchased items cannot be returned or refunded in cash.

   • Customers may exchange products as per store policy.

6. Orders & Customization

   • Advance payment is mandatory for customized jewellery orders.

   • Customized orders cannot be cancelled, as they are specially crafted for individual customers.

7. Warranty & Repairs

   • Normal wear-and-tear or breakage is not covered under warranty.

   • Repair charges will be applied according to the condition of the jewellery.

8. Payment Terms

   • We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers.

   • Customers are responsible for timely payment of any pending balances.

9. Gold/Silver Saving Plans (If Applicable)

   • All plans will follow the rules and terms announced by the company.

   • The company reserves the right to modify or update any plan at any time.
