  2. All our jewelry is crafted from 100% Pure Gold and Certified 92.5 Silver. Each piece undergoes strict quality checks before shipping.

  3. Prices are based on daily gold and silver rates, ensuring you receive the most fair and transparent value.

  4. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled arbitrarily, as every product is specially crafted, packed, and insured before dispatch.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may wish to cancel an order. Here are our rules:

  1. Cancellation Timeline

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.

    • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Instead, you may proceed with the return process (if eligible).

  2. Customized / Personalized Orders

    • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraved names, special sizes, exclusive designs) cannot be canceled once confirmed.

    • Any advance payment for such products is strictly non-refundable.

  3. How to Cancel

4. Return & Exchange Policy
